Drivers start at $0.55 CPM, with the opportunity to earn a $0.01 CPM increase each year on their anniversary date. This consistent progression allows drivers to reach $0.60 CPM after five years of service. In recognition of long-term dedication, drivers who reach ten years with Big M are automatically increased to $0.62 CPM.
We also offer a $0.12 CPM per diem, which is a standard benefit in the industry and provides a tax-advantaged portion of your earnings, helping maximize your take-home pay.
